How it works
From a job post to a file you can send, in five moves.

A resume holds your name, your contact details and your work history. Here is what happens to it, and what does not.

FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
Will it make things up?
No. It only reorders, selects and rephrases what is already in your resume. It will not add numbers, tools, job titles or skills you did not give it, and it can only surface a skill if that skill already appears in your resume. When the job asks for something it cannot find, it asks you instead of guessing. You should still read every version before you send it: it is your resume and your name on it.
Will my resume sound like it was written by AI?
It is built not to. It avoids the vocabulary recruiters now read as machine-written, such as “spearheaded”, “orchestrated”, “leveraged” and “results-driven”, and it keeps your own wording where it can. Everything is written on a page you can edit, so you can change any line you do not like.
Does it work with applicant tracking systems?
The PDF and the Word file you download are a single column with no tables and no icons, so an applicant tracking system reads them from top to bottom in the right order. You can check any resume with the free See what the ATS sees tool. We cannot promise how any particular system will rank you. No tool can.
What can I upload?
A PDF or a DOCX. Your resume is read into an editable page that looks like the final document, so you can correct anything that was read wrongly before you tailor it.
Does tailoring change my original resume?
No. Every tailored version is saved separately, one per job. Your base resume is never overwritten.
Can I download a PDF, or a Word file?
Both. The PDF and the Word file match the page you edited, in the template you chose. Downloading a resume you built is never paywalled.
What happens to my resume?
It is used only to provide the service. It is not sold and it is not used to train AI models. The text is sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to produce the match report and the tailored version. You can delete your account and your data. The details are in the privacy policy.
What do I get for free?

Can I cancel?
